PREORDER - Linebarrels of Iron (Manga Edition) - Vardant figure, Moderoid Plastic Model Kit

Vardant, the Machina piloted by Reiji Moritsugi in the Linebarrels of Iron manga, joins Good Smile Company's MODEROID line as an approximately 19 cm plastic model kit. This Manga Edition recreates its slender silhouette and imposing rear-mounted equipment in an articulated model designed to reproduce its various combat configurations.

The kit includes four long swords as well as the Variable Binder attached to the tail stabilizer, which can be displayed either retracted or deployed using artificial muscle belt and joint parts. The binders can also be removed to access the swords stored within them. Two face parts are included, one featuring a single eye for Vardant when piloted by Moritsugi and another with both eyes. A bonus hand allows the model to hold the sword included with the separately sold MODEROID Linebarrel Overdrive, recreating Vardant's final battle appearance. A main support stand and two additional supports for the binders are included, as the model cannot stand on its own, along with water-slide decals. The parts are molded in multiple colors and selected sections come pre-painted to make recreating the mecha easier after assembly.

The image shows Vardant in its predominantly dark and light blue color scheme, surrounded by the large panels of the fully deployed Variable Binder behind its body. Its slender mechanical silhouette extends into legs featuring white components, while several long swords are positioned around the body and rear equipment. The numerous elongated binder panels give the model a particularly wide presence compared with its narrow central frame.
