Hatsune Miku receives an interpretation inspired by traditional Chinese aesthetics in this 29 cm tall 1/7 scale PVC figure from Character Vocal Series 01: Hatsune Miku. Based on an illustration by Rei inspired by the historical musical piece "Shimian Maifu", this version places Miku in a composition conceived with the atmosphere of a traditional ink painting, accompanied by a pipa, a Chinese plucked string instrument.

The pose recreates the dynamic composition of the original illustration, with Miku holding the pipa above her shoulder as her exceptionally long hair sweeps around her body in a broad flowing motion. Her signature turquoise tones are combined with black, white and vivid orange accents, creating a striking contrast with the traditional Chinese-inspired decorative elements. Numerous pieces of fabric, ribbons and ornaments extend the movement throughout the sculpt.

Miku is depicted in a slightly leaning pose, surrounded by long turquoise strands of hair that reach down toward the rocky display base. Her white and blue outfit features black and orange detailing, while the large dark pipa forms a central element behind her head and shoulder. Around her legs, orange-and-black flame-like shapes rise from the mineral scenery of the base, giving the entire composition a strongly vertical and intricate appearance.
