In The Transformers: The Movie, Megatron stands as the ruthless leader of the Decepticons, driven by strength and domination in his war against the Autobots. threezero adapts him here as an approximately 18 cm MDLX 1986 Movie Edition articulated figure based on his appearance in the 1986 animated film.

This edition uses a movie-inspired paint scheme, removing the usual swirling chest detail and repainting the Decepticon insignia in a purple tone that matches the animated design more closely. Part of the MDLX line redesigned by Kelvin Sau, the figure features a structure built from die-cast zinc alloy and engineering-grade plastics, with approximately 45 points of articulation. It comes with a fusion cannon, a back cannon, four sets of interchangeable hands, and an exclusive biography card illustrated by Nobuyoshi Habara.

The supplied images show Megatron in light and dark grey armor with black legs, red accents around the hips, and a small yellow detail at the waist.
