In Tom and Jerry, Tom is one of animation’s most iconic characters, instantly recognizable through his tall gray cat silhouette, exaggerated expressions, and endless rivalry with Jerry. Always ready to set a trap or come up with a new plan, he embodies a huge part of the visual comedy and chaos that made the franchise so successful. This official Tom - Cheese Trap! vinyl piggy bank figure by Beast Kingdom, from the Small Series Functional Figurine line, stands approximately 25 cm tall and presents the character in a scene directly inspired by some of his most classic misadventures.

Within the world of Tom and Jerry, Tom holds a central place as the driving force behind most of the chases, traps, and comic disasters that shape the series. His obsession with catching Jerry, his legendary bad luck, and his ability to go from complete confidence to instant panic are exactly what make the character so memorable. Beyond simply being the pursuer, he brings to the story a physical, expressive, and immediately readable energy built on visual gags, exaggeration, and the near-inevitable failure of his plans. That identity of a crafty but constantly overwhelmed cat is captured very well by this figure, which shows him faced with one of the most typical baits in the series.

Visually, the piece shows Tom seated on the ground with his legs spread and his arms opened in a surprised or off-balance pose. His gray fur contrasts with his lighter belly, white paws, and large pink inner ears. His face carries a strongly exaggerated comic expression, with one eye opened much wider than the other, staying very faithful to the character’s classic cartoon style. A yellow piece of cheese is placed right in front of him, immediately reinforcing the trap idea suggested by the name Cheese Trap!. The overall result is highly readable, very expressive, and especially decorative, with a larger format that gives it strong display presence.
