In Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, Luke Skywalker continues his development as a Jedi during an adventure set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Hot Toys brings this comic-book incarnation to the Comic Masterpiece line as an approximately 28 cm tall 1/6 scale articulated figure featuring a sculpted head with separately rolling eyes and a body with 30 points of articulation.

This version of Luke includes three interchangeable gloved right hands and five interchangeable left hands for wielding his weapons or recreating different Force gestures. Two lightsaber hilts are supplied, including one with a USB-powered green LED light-up function, together with a straight blade and a motion-effect blade. A DL-18 blaster pistol completes the weapon selection, while two interchangeable belts, one black and one brown with a holster, allow different display configurations.

Luke is depicted with medium-length brown hair, a serious expression and a black outfit consisting of a high-collared shirt, trousers and tall boots, worn beneath a cream-yellow padded vest. The two displayed belts feature various pouches and a holder for the lightsaber hilt. The supplied images show him wielding both his illuminated green lightsaber and the DL-18 blaster, accompanied by a circular display base featuring the Star Wars logo and his name.
