Nel Zelpher is one of the heroines in the video game Star Ocean 3: Till the End of Time. She is an outstanding spy working for the country of Airyglyph in her war against the powerful kingdom of Aquaria. It was during one of her missions that she met Fayt and Cliff. The latter helps them to escape provided they do not help the kingdom of Aquaria to build a weapon of mass destruction.
