SSSS.Gridman - Figure Akane Shinjo feat toridamono

In SSSS.GRIDMAN, everyday high school life starts cracking when impossible events and kaiju attacks distort what the characters think is “normal.” Akane Shinjo comes across as a friendly, popular classmate at first, but there’s an unsettling edge around her that grows as the story unfolds. This official Akane Shinjo feat. toridamono figure is made of PVC, stands about 22 cm tall at 1/7 scale, and is manufactured by Good Smile Company, capturing her in a very casual, slice-of-life moment.

Akane plays a key part in the show’s mood: she’s one of the reasons the series feels bright on the surface while staying tense underneath. The way she connects with other students, and how she reacts to what’s happening around her, shapes a lot of the narrative’s push and pull between lighthearted scenes and deeper unease. The figure leans into that contrast with a playful, relaxed pose that feels like a spontaneous snapshot.

Visually, Akane is standing on a clear, slightly iridescent round base with “AKANE SHINJO” visible, one leg crossed in front of the other and her upper body leaning forward. She makes a peace sign near her face with her right hand, while her left hand is open to the side. She wears a purple hoodie over a white shirt with a pink bow, plus a dark pleated skirt. Her legs are covered with over-the-knee blue stockings, and she’s wearing chunky purple sneakers with turquoise laces and translucent red soles. Her pink bob-cut hair frames her face, her eyes are pinkish, and a blue backpack sits on her shoulders with small charm-like accessories attached.
