Silent Hill f - Kashimashi figure

With Silent Hill f, the Silent Hill series shifts its psychological horror into a setting inspired by rural Japan, leaning into unease, body distortion, and images that feel impossible to shake. Kashimashi fits that tone immediately, with a disturbing, almost ritual-like presence at first glance. This official PVC figure is a 1/6 scale statue, about 23 cm tall, manufactured by Gecco, and built around a strong, scene-focused display.

In Silent Hill’s universe, monsters aren’t just “enemies” in the usual sense: they’re manifestations of fear, trauma, and something deeply wrong taking shape. Kashimashi gives off that kind of quiet threat, unsettling more through its posture and wrongness than through any straightforward aggression. The figure captures that feeling with a twisted, heavy stance, like the body is folding in on itself under an unseen force.

What you can see is a pale humanoid creature with a nude body covered in many grooves and dark red marks that read like cuts or dried blood. The pose is extreme, with the torso arched backward, one leg bent and the other extended, and darker, slightly purplish hands and feet. The head is hidden by a long mass of black hair hanging downward, pushing the “faceless” impression even further. The figure is integrated with a rocky, greenish support mixed with organic-looking texture, set on a rough ground base with red pooling/smear effects, which amplifies the grim, oppressive mood. The built-in scenery also acts as support, making the display feel stable.
