In Mobile Police Patlabor, Labors are machines used for both civilian work and police operations, while the AV-98 Ingram units of Special Vehicles Section 2 are among the series’ most recognizable machines. This carrier is connected to their field deployment, serving as a support vehicle used to bring the Ingram units to intervention areas. This pre-painted ABS vehicle comes from Good Smile Company’s BRICKROID line and measures about 11 cm long.

The vehicle has a mostly white body, with a wide pale blue front window section, small red lights on the roof and several black wheels under the chassis. The rear section forms an open platform made to hold a BRICKROID unit, with white structural parts, gray and black elements, and a movable deck area. A white mechanical arm can also be seen on the upper section, along with a vertical black panel at the back and yellow-and-black markings on the sides of the platform. The whole piece has a low, elongated shape, close to a miniature technical carrier.
