Kyou kara Suieibu Komon no Tama-chan Sensei centers on Tama-chan, a teacher associated with a school swimming club. This figure draws on that setting through an outfit inspired by swimming and sporting activities. Her lightweight jacket, swimsuit and cap create a casual appearance, while the interchangeable face part provides an alternative expression. The composition emphasizes a pose viewed from behind, highlighting the movement of her clothing and long hair.

The figure depicts Tama-chan standing barefoot, with her body slightly turned and her head looking back over her shoulder. Her long black hair with purple highlights flows behind her beneath a white cap with a yellow visor. She wears a yellow sports jacket decorated with white stripes, lifted by the movement to reveal a black swimsuit. One hand holds the jacket's drawstring, while her pose features one leg slightly bent. The complete figure rests on a transparent circular display base.
