PRE ORDER - Okami - Amaterasu figure DX, Nendoroid

In Okami, Amaterasu is the sun goddess reborn in the form of a white wolf, tasked with restoring light, nature and balance to the world. The game blends adventure, Japanese mythology and an ink-painting-inspired art style, giving the character an instantly recognizable identity. This Amaterasu figure is made of PVC and ABS and is presented here in its Nendoroid DX version by Good Smile Company, with several iconic parts and equipment pieces taken from the game.

In the story, Amaterasu travels across corrupted lands to purify them, fight demons and restore life, accompanied by Issun, her small traveling companion. Her central role in Okami comes from both her divine nature and her protective presence, with sacred powers connected to the Celestial Weapons. This DX version reflects that side well, adding the Tsumugari Glaive, Devout Beads Rosary and Strange Turnip alongside the Divine Retribution Reflector, making the display more complete and more closely tied to different aspects of the character.

The figure shows Amaterasu in white wolf form, with red markings on the forehead, cheeks, body and legs, along with a black and gray swirling motif near the rear of the body. Two heads are visible, one with the standard expression and one with an open-mouth expression. The visible parts include several interchangeable legs, Issun as a small green piece mounted on a clear support, the Divine Retribution Reflector with its green disc surrounded by orange flames, the blue Tsumugari Glaive, the yellow and blue Devout Beads Rosary, and a small white turnip with green leaves. The figure can be displayed on a clear base to create different poses.
