Nintama Rantaro - Zatto Konnamon figure, G.E.M. Series Palm Size

In Nintama Rantaro, the world of trainee ninjas blends comedy, everyday school-life adventures, and absurd situations, with characters that stay lovable even when everything goes off the rails. Zatto Konnamon fits that lighthearted tone, with a very readable ninja look and an instantly funny presence. This official PVC figure stands about 9 cm tall and comes from Megahouse’s G.E.M. Series Palm Size line, a compact format designed for easy shelf or display placement.

In the series, a lot of the charm comes from the contrast between the “serious ninja” image and the much more relaxed, gag-filled reality of daily life. This figure plays right into that gap: a calm seated posture, an unbothered attitude, and an accessory that makes it feel like a break-time moment, as if Zatto is enjoying a quiet pause in the middle of the chaos. It’s more of a slice-of-life snapshot than an action pose, which matches the spirit of Nintama Rantaro.

Visually, Zatto Konnamon is sculpted sitting cross-legged in a black/dark grey ninja-style robe tied at the waist. The lower face is covered by a mask, and the head is wrapped in a hood, with a light bandage running across the eye area: only one eye remains visible and wide open, boosting the quirky, expressive vibe. You can also see light bandages on the neck and around the wrists. In his left hand, he holds a green canteen with a white straw, while the other hand rests calmly on his leg. The pose is stable and compact, making it easy to display without extra support.
