Naruto Shippuden - Kakuzu figure, Noir Edge Collection

Kakuzu, a member of the Akatsuki and Hidan’s partner in Naruto Shippuden, joins Banpresto’s Noir Edge Collection with this approximately 23 cm figure. A former shinobi of Takigakure, he is distinguished by his austere appearance, a body held together by unusual stitches and the ability to extend his life by taking the hearts of his opponents.

Obsessed with money and bounties, Kakuzu forms an especially dangerous duo with Hidan while hunting jinchuriki on behalf of the Akatsuki. Through the Earth Grudge Fear technique, his body is filled with black threads that allow him to detach parts of himself and make use of multiple hearts, each potentially granting access to different elemental affinities. His battle against Kakashi, Shikamaru and the Konoha shinobi becomes one of the central confrontations of the arc focused on the immortal pair.

The figure depicts Kakuzu standing in the Akatsuki’s long black cloak decorated with red clouds, with its high collar raised and a dark mask covering the lower half of his face. His hood and forehead protector frame his green eyes, while one arm extends forward with the hand slightly curled. Red lining visible inside the sleeves and along the opening of the cloak contrasts with the predominantly black outfit.
