PREORDER - Zoids - AZ-17EX Ultra Saurus Gravity Cannon figure, Plastic Model Kit

In the Zoids universe, Ultra Saurus is an enormous Zoid designed as a heavy combat platform capable of carrying particularly large-scale equipment. The Gravity Cannon is one of its most powerful weapons and is presented here as a three-dimensional model for the first time. This moving kit joins Takara Tomy’s ADVANCED Zi line under the AZ-17EX reference and is designed for use with the separately sold AZ-17 Ultra Saurus.

Once attached to Ultra Saurus, the Gravity Cannon works alongside the Zoid’s walking mechanism and can automatically recreate a complete firing sequence. When the communication antenna on the bridge is lowered and the switch is activated, the walking motion stops before the model performs loading, firing-position deployment, aiming and a simulated discharge movement. The Planetary Sight projectile is not actually launched, but the set can be combined with the effect parts included with Ultra Saurus to recreate the moment of firing.

The kit consists of a long dark grey cannon with a narrow central barrel, a cylindrical muzzle and several mechanical blocks arranged around its structure. Its rear section includes articulated components, pipes and a light grey module marked with small red details. The separate control unit features a dark platform surrounded by four large light grey cylindrical tanks, with a small tower topped by an antenna and several technical panels along the sides.
