Zoids - Dark Horn Harry Special 2001 Re/color figure, Plastic Model Kit

In Zoids: New Century Zero, Harry Champ is a wealthy pilot who dramatically presents himself as Bit Cloud’s rival while constantly trying to impress Leena Toros. His personal Zoid, the Dark Horn Harry Special, retains the power of the Dark Horn in a heavily armed configuration instantly recognizable by its numerous gold components. Measuring approximately 40 cm in length, this articulated 1/72 scale plastic model kit joins Kotobukiya’s HMM line in a 2001 Re/color version faithful to its appearance in the anime.

Harry often compensates for his limited experience with considerable resources, boundless enthusiasm and the assistance of his robotic companions Benjamin and Sebastian. His Dark Horn perfectly reflects that theatrical personality through customized equipment including a gold Gatling cannon, a beam launcher and side-mounted boosters designed to improve its mobility. The kit recreates this extravagant configuration and also includes a pilot figure, a standing figure of Harry, and miniature representations of Benjamin and Sebastian.

The model features the massive quadrupedal silhouette of a triceratops-inspired Zoid, with predominantly black and dark grey armour covering its mechanical body. Its lowered head carries several gold horns, accompanied by smaller matching details around the snout and joints. The back supports an imposing collection of weapons, including a long grey cannon angled upward, several gold weapon units and a rotary cannon formed from multiple barrels. Transparent green parts appear near the base of the equipment, while the four thick legs end in broad grey feet.
