DC Direct Batman: Black & White - Figure Azrael by Joe Quesada

Azrael is Gotham’s sacred fury. A justice seeker in holy armor, fire and blade in hand, who follows his own ruthless path. Beneath the fierce mask lies Jean-Paul Valley, a former student conditioned since birth to become the avenging angel of the secret Order of St. Dumas. When Batman falls and Gotham shakes, he steps in—not as a substitute, but as a force all his own: brutal, sharp, unyielding.

This version, illustrated by Joe Quesada, leaves no room for doubt: Azrael is at full power. The armor is gothic and intricate, bristling with edges and sculpted details. His stance is solemn and proud—like a crusader on a divine mission. There’s no question: this figure means business.

The DC universe has no shortage of morally complex characters, but Azrael stands out. Neither pure hero nor outright villain, he walks the line between justice and fanaticism. His chapter in the Batman saga was unforgettable—and this figure captures that intensity perfectly.

Crafted in resin, standing at about 21 cm tall and scaled at 1/10, this piece is part of DC Direct’s iconic Black & White collection. Each statue in the series celebrates bold visual takes on Gotham’s legends—and this one is a must-have for fans who appreciate sharp design and powerful presence.
