Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony - Kaede Akamatsu figure, Nendoroid

Kaede Akamatsu is one of the most memorable faces in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, a series that blends closed-room tension, investigation, and psychological conflict within a school setting twisted by despair. Introduced as the Ultimate Pianist, she stands out through a more open and encouraging energy than many other characters in the franchise, with a presence that immediately brings momentum and determination. This official 10 cm figure by Good Smile Company, part of the Nendoroid line, presents her in an articulated chibi format that preserves her essential visual traits while offering multiple display expressions.

In the story, Kaede holds a particular place thanks to her strong-willed personality, honesty, and the way she pushes others to keep moving forward despite the pressure weighing on the group. She embodies a kind of fighting optimism, driven by the desire to understand, to act, and not to give in to fear. That side of her comes through very clearly in this Nendoroid, which highlights several aspects of the character through a confident smile, a determined stance, and a more forceful expression aimed toward action. The overall result captures a heroine who feels expressive, energetic, and immediately recognizable within the Danganronpa universe.

Visually, Kaede is shown with her light blonde bob haircut, softly rounded in shape and topped with her characteristic upward hair strand, along with several white hair clips shaped like small musical-style accents on the side. She wears a school uniform made up of a pale lavender top with a shirt collar and orange tie, paired with a pink-purple plaid skirt, dark blue socks, and small brown shoes. The product images show several expressions, including a bright smiling face, a more confident version with raised fists, and a more intense face displayed with a blue sign featuring black characters. Her violet eyes immediately stand out, and the articulated format makes it easy to vary the poses on a shelf or in a display case.
