PREORDER - Dandadan - Turbo Granny (Manekineko) figure, Nendoroid

Turbo Granny (Manekineko) comes from Dandadan, a series that mixes the paranormal with frantic humor and wildly over-the-top moments, where yokai and spirits crash into everyday life without warning. This official Turbo Granny (Manekineko) figure by Good Smile Company is part of the Nendoroid line, made of PVC, and stands about 8 cm tall. The chibi format fits the character surprisingly well, turning her creepy vibe into a compact, sharp-looking mascot while keeping the most recognizable elements intact.

In Dandadan, Turbo Granny is an entity that is as absurd as she is threatening, pushing her way into scenes with an aggressive, unpredictable attitude. She brings both tension and comedy to the story, because she can feel genuinely scary one moment and hilariously ridiculous the next. This Nendoroid captures that duality with a proud stance and expressions that can shift from smug calm to exaggerated reactions, perfectly in line with the series’ tone.

Visually, the figure shows a stylized white maneki-neko with large ears featuring red inner details, big blue eyes outlined in black, and simple drawn whiskers. Around the neck, there’s a red-and-green collar with a gold bell, plus a large yellow plaque with black characters. The right paw is raised and holds a small gold ball, while another setup shows her with closed eyes and both paws lifted up toward her head. Another photo shows her holding a small pink hair dryer, paired with a tightly scrunched comedic expression. The clear base and support arm visible in the shots help keep her stable and make display easy.
