Blue Archive - Koharu Shimoe figure, Figma

In Blue Archive, you follow the hectic daily life of Kivotos students, mixing club activities, missions, and moments that spiral out of control despite the school-life vibe. Koharu Shimoe stands out with that very specific mix of “trying to be serious” and instantly getting flustered the moment she’s put on the spot. This official figure brings her in the Figma format, at around 14 cm tall, manufactured by Max Factory.

Koharu often looks like she wants to stay in control and keep a spotless image, but she’s quick to panic, snap, or blush when things don’t go her way. That contrast is a big part of why she’s so fun to watch, especially through her interactions with the students around her. The figure captures that vibe well: a composed overall look, paired with expression options that let her feel much more animated.

Visually, Koharu has pink hair in short twin tails, a black beret, and a stylized pink halo above her head, with small black wings on her back. She’s wearing a dark oversized jacket with a white sailor collar and a pink ribbon, a dark purple skirt, white leg warmers, and black shoes. She’s shown with a long black weapon with pink accents, a rectangular black bag, and the photos also include interchangeable face plates and hands, plus a small book-like accessory. With the clear base and support arm, it’s easy to keep her steady in either a neutral stance or a more “scene” pose.
