PREORDER - Baki - Orochi Doppo figure, Grandista

Doppo Orochi, the formidable karate master from the Baki universe, joins Banpresto's Grandista collection with this 28 cm figure. Inspired by Keisuke Itagaki's manga and its anime adaptations, this PVC and ABS collectible highlights the character's imposing musculature, white karate gi and iconic black eyepatch. His martial arts stance, with his arms positioned for defense and attack, reflects his mastery of karate and extensive fighting experience. The Grandista line emphasizes large proportions and detailed sculpting to recreate the series' powerful fighters.

In Baki, Doppo Orochi is the founder of the Shinshinkai karate school and one of Japan's most respected martial artists. Known as the God of War, he has dedicated his life to perfecting his techniques and pushing the limits of unarmed combat. Despite his age and the injuries accumulated throughout countless battles, he retains exceptional physical strength and determination. His confrontation with Yujiro Hanma, during which he loses an eye, remains one of the defining events of his career. As the adoptive father of Katsumi Orochi, he also passes his knowledge on to younger generations of fighters. This Grandista figure recreates his appearance as a karate master, ready to confront an opponent with precision and power.

The figure depicts Doppo Orochi standing with his legs apart and his knees slightly bent in a fighting stance. His bald head, black eyepatch and face marked by wrinkles and scars recreate his distinctive features. He wears a white karate gi with rolled-up sleeves, revealing his exceptionally muscular arms and prominent veins along his forearms. A black belt tied around his waist secures his jacket, featuring carefully sculpted fabric folds. His left arm is raised above his head with an open hand facing forward, while his right arm extends in front of his torso in a defensive position. His bare feet are firmly planted on the ground, with anatomical details emphasizing the impression of strength and stability.
