Azur Lane - Fancy figure

In the world of Azur Lane, warships take on human form, often as elegant and dangerous heroines of the sea. Fancy appears here in a particularly captivating rendition, somewhere between sea spirit and abyssal queen. This official PVC figure stands about 24 cm tall at 1/7 scale and is produced by Good Smile Company, showing her poised on an ocean-themed base while towering tentacles rise behind her like a living tide.

As a shipgirl within the Azur Lane universe, Fancy naturally fits into the roster of mysterious allies who sail into battle across surreal waters. It’s easy to picture her as a unit whose calm presence hides a far more overwhelming power. The pose chosen for the statue reflects that mix of allure and threat: she stands slightly turned to the side, one arm extended as if casting an order or spell, while her whole figure seems lifted by the surging tentacles at her back. That combination of elegance and danger feels very much in line with the more enigmatic characters of the series, as though even the ocean itself answers to her will.

From a design point of view, the figure is packed with marine and fantasy details. Fancy’s long white hair flows out in sweeping, curling strands, almost like it’s moving underwater, accented by small black horn-like pieces that underline her abyssal look. Her very revealing outfit is built from dark straps and fabric panels joined by decorative elements, with a splash of turquoise on her torso that suggests the glow of deep water. Over it all, she wears a large translucent cloak or veil, fading from white to blue and swirling around her in soft waves. The base depicts jagged rock surrounded by dark water, from which rises a main tentacle lined with carefully sculpted suction cups, supported by additional curling limbs that frame the entire scene and provide a dynamic yet stable foundation for display.
